Vermont Homestead Inc. has been designing and building custom homeresidential projects in Southern Vermont and New Hampshire since 1978. We build one house at at time, work closely with owners, architects and regularyly used specialty sub-contractors. My builders team makes dreams realities and promotes new and unusual concepts. My personal involvement in every detail and careful planning with experienced artisans, along with state of the art energy useage considerations are all part of the experience.
